Argh… it’s never good to see this.  It appears that many of those with the PAL version of The Beatles: Rock on the PS3 are reporting issues with online gameplay after downloading and installing the Abbey Road DLC.  There is a thread up at the RockBand.com forums here.   Harmonix is aware of the issue and working with Sony to identify and rectify the issue.  If you are being affected, please visit the forum and add your details.
